U13 - U19 GIRLS PROGRAM

For players U13 through U19, Michigan Development Academy girls teams compete in 11v11 competition across platforms including the USYS National League Conferences (NLC) and the Michigan State Premier Soccer Program (MSPSP), providing opportunities to compete at both the state and regional levels. These leagues operate as team-based platforms, allowing teams to be placed in environments that match their ability, ambition, and level of commitment, ensuring players experience meaningful competition that supports their development and long-term growth in the game.

Experience MDA - ID Process

WHO?
U13 - U15 Girls - Open to players from any club

WHAT?
Experience MDA by participating in our Identification Process:

Here is how the ID Process works:
- STEP 1: Before the Session - Contact Girls Director of Coaching, Richard via email or phone. He will work with you to identify the right day, time, and team that fits your player's age group & level. We want you walking in prepared, not guessing.
- STEP 2: During the Session - Your player will train alongside MDA players in a real training environment. High-quality sessions, purposeful structure, and a standard of coaching that treats every player as an individual. You are here to experience what MDA is, not to perform for a scout on a game field.
- STEP 3: After the Session - The following day, the appropriate coach or director will contact you directly. They will share feedback on your player, answer your questions honestly, and walk you through where your player may fit within our program.

WHEN?
During Team Trainings - March 16th through April 10th

WHERE?
UWM Sports Complex - 867 S Blvd E, Pontiac, MI 48341

WHY?
MDA was built on a simple belief: players deserve a soccer experience that truly develops them - not only as athletes, but as people. We are committed to creating a family-oriented environment grounded in open communication, mutual respect, and shared goals. That philosophy runs through everything we do, beginning from the moment a family connects with our club.

At MDA, our goal is to add family members, not numbers on a roster. The development of every player, on and off the field, remains our top priority. Through a clear player pathway, committed coaching staff, and a culture built on accountability & support, we strive to provide an environment where players can grow, compete, and reach their full potential.
