Our MDA Little Lions program bridges the gap between our Recreational Youth League and our competitive Travel Program.

It’s the perfect opportunity for young players to experience professional training once a week during the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons, while still enjoying games in the Recreational League. Little Lions forms the foundation of our player development pathway at MDA.

The program focuses on technical development to help boys and girls take their game to the next level. Sessions are led by professionally trained, licensed MDA coaches who are passionate about the game and dedicated to developing young players. These same coaches work within our competitive travel program, bringing top-level knowledge and experience to our youngest players.

Following the MDA developmental curriculum, each session provides the highest level of skill instruction, while keeping the environment fun, safe, and inspiring. Our goal is to build confidence, creativity, and a lifelong passion for the game.

Season Schedule
We offer three sessions throughout the year:

• Fall: September – October

• Winter 1: November – January

• Winter 2: January – March

• Spring: April – May
